The Gateway Groundwater Conservation District allows 49 acre-feet a year, so the plant rejects heat dry for 95.9% of the year and runs adiabatic pads the other 357 hours. Power is built on the ranch: 3 electrical islands. This design is not Uptime Tier III, and it does not file into a frozen queue.
First 100 MW of IT is the tranche Palo Duro can fuel on a rental aero bridge, in 23.5 months. The full campus is live in 45.4 months at a Class 4 P50 of $6,738M, excluding GPUs. Grid interconnection is Phase 3. First fire is on-site generation.
