NVIDIA rebranded NVL144 to VR200 NVL72: 72 Rubin GPU packages at 2,300 W each, 36 Vera CPUs. ~190 kW Max Q, ~230 kW Max P; TrendForce puts the shipping rack near 225 kW. Compute and NVSwitch trays are fanless, so essentially all of it lands in the coolant, and coolant flow is roughly double GB300. NVIDIA specifies 45 C liquid supply, which is what makes dry-side rejection work in West Texas. Standard in-rack PSUs at this generation; 800 VDC is optional and does not become the norm until Kyber. MGX rack contributed to OCP

D. Assumptions register
Frozen decisions first, then every default still marked Estimate or Selected. Outstanding items follow.
| Decision | Value | |
|---|---|---|
facility_it_mwAuthoritative campus gate. Hall count and rack count are computed from this, never the reverse. 100–133 MW IT is Phase 1 first-power on Palo Duro, a tranche of this campus, not the project. Phase 3 is the 345 kV cut-in of that campus. Phase 4 toward 3 GW is corridor optionality, not this compile (Galaxy already holds 1.6 GW on the node). | 350 | Constraint |
first_power_it_mwFirst fire / first vest. Not the campus headline. Palo Duro nameplate caps BTM first power around 125–150 MW, not 350 MW. | 100 | Plan |
collector_sectionsOne 34.5 kV bus cannot carry 350 MW: machine contribution exceeds catalog MV interrupting ratings. 3 independent sections keep first-cycle duty in 63 kA gear. Losing one drops about 33% of IT. Not Uptime Tier III (no closed ties). | 3 | Selected |
hardware_profileThe plan names no GPU SKU. NVIDIA VR200 NVL72 (Vera Rubin) is the current high-density reference with published integrator ratings: planning 190 kW, peak 230 kW. Compute and NVSwitch trays are fanless, so 97% of rack heat leaves in coolant at a 45 C supply, which is the property that makes dry-side rejection viable here. main.tex golden fixture (GB200 NVL36x2 at 67 kW) is a 5 MW math test, not this campus. | vr_nvl72 | Selected |
delivery_voltage_v415Y/240 V AC three-phase. 800 VDC path is specified in main.tex but deferred: product standards for >1 kV DC in buildings are immature. | 415 | Constraint |
redundancyUnit N+1 with a transfer-capable reserve per fleet. 2N is a later leaf. | n1 | Selected |
distributionRadial 415 VAC. Rings lose Farivar–Low exactness; not this pass. | radial | Selected |
source_modePhase 1 has no utility. Grid interconnection is Phase 3 (queue frozen Aug 3, 2026; first utility MW P50 mid-2030). | island | Plan |
coolingFully dry / air-cooled / closed-loop as basis of design. Evaporative cooling is a closed option, not a slider. β_dry = 1.0. | air_cooled | Plan |
code_editionsKing County has no building department (LGC Ch. 233). Insurer standards (FM 1-28, 1-34, 4470) are the de-facto envelope. Changing this field re-keys the check register. | {"nec":"2023","ibc":"2021","ifc":"2021","imc":"2021","ipc":"2021","iecc":"2021","tas":"2012"} | Selected |
phase1_pad_acres_programProgram acreage of the West Big Field pad (first-power tranche). Construction footprint across the first tranche is ~1,200 ac. Not the campus lot. | 876 | Plan |
phase2_pad_acres_programPhase 2 campus pad. Combined with West Big Field = 3,261.0 ac compiled lot. | 2385 | Plan |
campus_pad_acres_programCompiled lot. KMZ West Big Field ring scaled from centroid by sqrt(3261/773). | 3261 | Plan |

generation_phase1First-power block only. Conflict resolved: Phase 1 narrative says rented 16 MW truck units; element detail says 6 × LM2500XPRESS-class. Electrical first-fire model is this 6-unit block. Not the campus fleet. | {"units":6,"class":"LM2500XPRESS","mw_each":34.5,"gross_mw":207,"firm_n1_mw":172.5} | Plan |
generation_campusCampus electrical model is one machine class at the same firm MW as Atlas P2 (6 × LM2500XPRESS + Wärtsilä/Jenbacher recip halls). Physical conversion is a later leaf. | {"units":21,"class":"aero_equivalent","mw_each":34.5,"gross_mw":724.5,"firm_n1_mw":690} | Calculated |
bess_phase1First-power storage. Not the campus spec. | {"mw":56,"mwh":25} | Plan |
bess_campusCampus storage. Atlas P2 +100 MW is the program add; NVIDIA VR200 NVL72 (Vera Rubin) peak at 350 MW IT sets the spec. | {"mw":280,"mwh":125} | Calculated |
tceq_standard_permit_ceiling_mwPhase 1 207 MW gross sits under the ~360 MW TCEQ standard-permit ceiling. Campus 724.5 MW gross is well above it, so case-by-case NSR sits on the Phase 2 critical path, not a later nice-to-have. | 360 | Record |
estimate_classClass 4 (−30% / +50%). Tightens to Class 3 once sealed studies return. Conductor-and-busway dollar totals from the compiler catalog are not used as the project capex figure; see BOM notes. | 4 | Selected |
wue_basisAir-cooled campus demand basis ~80–270 AF/yr per 100 MW (humidification, domestic, washdown). Evaporative 800–1,500 AF/yr per 100 MW is not supportable against King County MAG of 49 AF/yr. | dry | Plan |

G. Glossary
| Term | Meaning in this report |
|---|---|
| IT MW | Information-technology load at the rack. The hard gate in this design is the 350 MW Phase 2 campus (3 116.667 MW zones). First power is 100 MW, a tranche, not the project. Halls and racks are computed from this, never the reverse. |
| Facility MW | IT after conversion loss, plus mechanical, plus house, at the 34.5 kV collectors. This run is in the compiler dump (headline.facility_mw). |
| PUE | Power usage effectiveness: total facility energy / IT energy. This run: 1.064, of which 1.018 is the mechanical plant. Not a contractual guarantee. |
